Join us for a workshop focused on floral arrangements!
Come spend a peaceful evening on the farm surrounded by blooms, beauty, and creativity. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the basics of floral design and leave with your own custom arrangement—no experience needed!
We’ll supply a selection of freshly picked seasonal flowers, grown right here at Topaz, curated for you to play with. You’ll learn techniques for color pairing, composition, and how to make your bouquet last longer at home.
This class is perfect for solo creatives, groups of friends, or anyone looking to unwind and tap into a little seasonal joy.
Farmer Fiona, who oversees the farm's floral program will lead the workshop and Farmer Kat will be on-hand to assist too!

Summer 2025 “Sip &” Series
This event is part of our new Summer 2025 “Sip &” Series — Wednesday evenings on the farm, after hours.
It’s all about slowing down midweek and spending time doing something with your hands, your heart, and maybe a frosé in the mix. Whether you're dyeing, fermenting, pickling, printing, or just reading quietly under our 500-year-old oak… these nights are about gathering in a relaxed, creative space and letting the farm do what it does best — inspire.
