Join us for our 4th Annual Brewer’s Dinner featuring award-winning Fort George Brewery.
The event will begin with a welcome pour and the evening will include another four specially selected and paired pours (approximately 5-6 ounces each) as well as insightful introductions about the beer and the pairing from Fort George's Founder and Brewers.
"Farm-to-plate" has become a common term, but these experiences take it to the next level – you'll dine surrounded by the very fields where your vegetables, herbs, and fruits were grown.
Check-in and enjoy your welcome pour from 5:00 - 5:30 p.m., introductions and dinner start at 6:00 p.m. and will finish 8:00 p.m.
This dinner will be under the farm's historic, 500 year-old oak tree. In case of weather, we'll set up under high peak tents on the Great Lawn, surrounded by the farm animals, u-cut flowers and u-pick berries.
A selection of local wines by the glass or bottle as well as non-alcoholic options will be available for purchase.
Menus are designed just days in advance, showcasing produce harvested in the hours before the chefs create their dishes. To get a taste of our past culinary adventures, click here.
