ABOUT SIERRA HULL

Sierra Hull is a six-time IBMA Mandolin Player of the Year, two-time Grammy nominee, and one of the most dynamic voices in bluegrass and Americana. Her latest album, A Tip Toe High Wire, marks a bold new chapter -her first independent release, showcasing her songwriting and instrumental prowess. With guest appearances by Béla Fleck, Tim O’Brien, and Aofie O'Donovan, the album balances tradition with innovation. Having shared stages with legends like Alison Krauss, Eric Clapton, Sturgill Simpson, Slash and Robert Randolph, Hull continues to push boundaries, blending technical mastery with heartfelt storytelling as she carves her own path in modern acoustic music.

ABOUT THE LOWEST PAIR

The Lowest Pair, the folk duo of Kendl Winter and Palmer T. Lee, embrace life’s contradictions rather than trying to resolve them. Their songs explore the space between grief and joy, despair and hope, finding beauty in the messiness of being human.

On their eighth album, Always As Young As We’ll Ever Be, produced by Tucker Martine (The Decemberists), the duo showcase the thoughtful songwriting, rich string arrangements, and musical chemistry that have defined their sound for more than a decade. Winter and Lee first gained recognition as banjo-playing singer-songwriters, and while their instrumentation has grown, their approach remains the same: listening closely and responding to each other’s stories and songs.
